Size 3 is recommended for players 3 years to 9 years Size 4 is recommended for players 10 years to 13 years. Size 5 is recommended for players 14 years old and over. Inflate with a standard pump (not included). Do not over inflate. Moisten the needle before insertion to protect the valve. Store away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
